We act as an extension of your kitchen—developing early-stage ideas that could become foundational parts of your menu and larder. We also work with restaurants and food-organizations to build out intelligent internal knowledge hubs to track and connect ideas.
We’re currently working with a NYC plant-based restaurant set to open in 2026.
