Ingredients
- 1140 g cleaver juice (equal parts cleavers and water)
- 15 g coffee rye (very dark roasted rye)
- 171 g jun starter starter
- 112 g apple blossom honey
Notes and Observations
- After a few days, the taste is somewhat swampy, but nice.
- The rye really comes through with a pleasant, cold-brew-esque coffee flavor.
Future Adjustments
- Test a trial with the coffee rye on its own.
