Many restaurants don’t have the time, space, or resources to pursue speculative culinary R&D. We act as an extension of your kitchen, developing early-stage ideas that could become foundational parts of your menu and larder.

We also work with restaurants and food organizations to build intelligent internal knowledge hubs to track and connect ideas.

We’re currently working with a NYC plant-based restaurant set to open in 2026.
