Ingredients
- 320 g raw oyster mushrooms
- 300 g water
- 300 g apple cider vinegar
- 50 g apple cider syrup
- 30 g salt
Instructions
- Combine the water, apple cider vinegar, apple cider syrup, and salt in a pot.
- Add the oyster mushrooms.
- Bring to a boil and simmer until the liquid is incorporated and the mushrooms are thoroughly softened.
