  • 15% Beacon winter starter liquid (by weight of the total mixture)

Notes and Observations

  • Initial Taste: The initial flavor profile of the mixture is herbal and spiced, closely resembling a mulled cider.
  • Secondary Fermentation: After undergoing a secondary fermentation, the flavor profile shifted, becoming somewhat flatter and developing more funky notes.
