Notes and Observations
- Tasting Notes: The combination of Riesling and pineapple weed is pleasant, and both flavors are present, but they are experienced at the exact same time. Without a separation of the fruitiness and the herbal aroma over time, the preparation lacks complexity and feels too one-note.
